Looking for short-term rental and language school

Hi everyone, I've just joined this group because my partner and I have been thinking about moving from London to Valencia for some time having now visited 3 times and fallen in love with the place.  We're planning a 3 month stay from Feb-April 2025 to allow us to properly explore Valencia while also attending a language school. 

We'd love to hear from anyone who has a place to to rent short term in and around Ruzafa, Montolivet, En Corts, La gran Via or similar areas.  We run so we would like to be 500m-1km from the Turia. 

We're also open to suggestions on language schools who have intensive programmes which we can do alongside working.
