I cannot understand why you have to ask these questions? Can you not carry out the necessary research for yourself?

in india interview will be 4-5 rounds, so i want to know in malta also interview process will be same ?. and companies will offer job for third country nation if we apply from india.
Are you actually living in Malta?

When you do not already live in Malta you are unlikely to even get a reply to and application let alone an interview.
Apart from that, unless you have skills that are in demand here, all jobs have to be available first to Maltese, second to EU applicants and Third Country Nationals come last in the queue!

I am IT professional looking for job in malta. i hope this is comes under highly skilled profession

You can find these answers easily via google in more detail than we can give you.

For tech job only really CTO level would qualify, the minimal income level is 75k which would not be available locally for normal IT indivdual contributors unless they are extremely skilled, specialised etc

Regarding interviews, every company do whatever they like, so its not really a realistic question however, sure they will learn from what happens in other companies and countries, you can expect a similar level of interview.  What does it matter anyway, they interview you till they are satisfied or not, there's no firm rule on how it goes.

Please use google. Please post your questions once only.
