I am lleaving Malta soon. Anyone knows what should I do?? Just leave Malta or fill in some form??

I think you may need to cancel your residence card.

As far as I am aware, all you should do is return your eResidence card and probably a good idea to inform the tax office of the date you leave to avoid misunderstanding over tax liabilities later!
