Scooter on Gozo - sucidical?

Are the roads really that bad? I enjoy nerve-wracking bicycle journeys around the city here and am wondering if scooting around Gozo could really be that much worse?

Probably safer than using it in Malta. Make sure it's powerful enough to cope with the many hills.
When you say 'scooting' is that on a bicycle or using a motor scooter? (As scooting can mean several things)
On a bike - no worries on Gozo
On a motorscooter - no worries, except be prepared to push up some hills now and again, depending upon condition as many hired scooters are in terrible state.
the term scooting also has another not so nice meaning too.

Just had to look that up, seems it applies to dogs and cats.

It's true about the hills in Gozo but there are still plenty of places you and your friends could go to have a pignic

..........sorry

I think the next one is in 'Ham run'
I think I'll say "OFF TOPIC" and save your bacon.

I'll try not to hog all the glory!

Anyway.....back on topic.

I think a scooter is a great idea as you don't run the risk of picking up too many PORKING tickets.
