If you are  a Maltese citizen you have a right to reside in Malta. If British have a right to reside only if pass the income/capital and healthcare requirements

ps getting Maltese citizenship is extremely difficult unless you have blood relatives who are Maltese, or if married to Maltese
My father is maltese my parents were married at my time of birth and are still married my dad still holds maltese passport even though lives in UK , my grandparents are both maltese and reside in Malta and have done all there life's,

Thanks I did come across that before I want to apply  but didnt no  if being a dual citizen or  not really made a difference,
I was born in between said dates which I am sure my application for dual citizen would be fine
My husband was born in Malta, we are thinking of moving to Malta. He does have a Maltese passport, can I and the children obtain a Maltese passport. We are in Australia.
