The way to update the address if moved

JCfortunatus

Hello!

I have recently moved to the new apartment and wanted to update the address at the  registry.

Is there any other chance to do it apart of changing an ID card with updating the address where I am residing. As there almost no way to get in there at the moment since they have changed the procedure how to do it.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Regards,

Go to the office that issued the ID card not the residency office. Tell them you wish to record a change of address, they will either say you need a new e-residency card or they will change the address on your old ID card.

Out of interest, was the email the eResidency email address (Castille Place) or was it an email in the ID office?

JCfortunatus

It was the eResidency email address
