I am in Austria with my wife as a student. Can we go to Malta and change your student visa(Resident permit) to Malta work permit?

As far as i know if a person come to malta as a tourist and find job in malta with the validity period of the 3 months and apply for the work permit . Then you can stay as a employer and u have to renew your work permit every year

@Aroon Shukerullah the most important thing u have a secure job and home rental contract once ur employer give u the contract and u apply for the work permit the same day they wll give u a receipt upon which u can work legally in malta until ur work permit card is in process. But nowadays it takes up to 2/3 months
