In lithuanis to find a jos , you gotta send and send cv's because first labour market is taugh so there is a big concurance with skilled lithuanians and second when you dont speak the language they dont consider you seriously as it is a newly free country so minds are still a bit narrow...

Sectors hiring all the time are custumer support, IT, developement of softwares and logistics... if you can do any of those and even without lithuanian you may have a chance but your experience must be good..

really for real is it not so easy to find a job here in Lithuania . i already have permit and insurance but even though they do have lots f jobs ads. its not so easy to be hired when you are not fluent or when you dont know how to speak their language . too bad

thats why i am too boring much always staying at home . i try to learn their language about 3 months but its really hard
