Hello there!

I am moving in a stunning all furnished flat located in a famous area called Stoneygate (London Road).
The flat has 2 double bedrooms.One room is available and you will have acces to the communal areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden)
The deposit is £300 and the rent is £300/month excluding the bills.

I need to find someone urgently but i will do a selection anyway in order to make sure i get on with the person I will live with.
I would prefer a profesionnal woman but i can consider other profiles

You can also get the option to rent the flat on your own or share it with someone else than me. The deposit will be £600 and the rent £600 excluding the bills

The contract starts 1st of August 2014.
