room available for only short stay visit to Denmark- 116€/ week

We are a family of three, and in some periods ("on" and "off") during year 2015 only few of family members will be shortly away from the flat. If you are for instance a scientist on a short visit to Copenhagen or exploring your next expat possibilities, than you shouldn´t  be worried about some child voices disturb your studying in this period. That´s why we could in some periods offer these temporarly not used rooms, untill the rest of familymembers come back. Lady owner would stay back in the flat and share the kitchen and bathroom with a lodger. It would also be little bit more interesting than staying totally alone in the flat in this period, at least to say hello to somebody during the rainy morning if nothing else ... You should not expect lady owner to clean up after lodger, because it is not proffesional service, everybody is cleaning after oneself. You would just temporarly use a lodging for short stay and without any right to register yourself as a tenant or postal address in order to stay living in Denmark, also because the family is the owner and all family members are also already registered on the address because we live here. If you are only shortly staying in Copenhagen than this place could maybe be ideal for you if you don´t want to stay in a hotel or hostel dormitory. In the lodging beside borrowing private and shared m2 as it was empty space, there are already included also utilities: fully furnished, water, heat, reasonable electricity use, internet connection, reasonable laundry and dryer use, private sleepingroom, shared equipped kitchen and small bathroom, cable tv package, pillows and bedsheets, hand soap, wc paper, dishwash liquid, etc... There is no dishwasher in the flat, and there is no bathtub but only suitable for quick shower. Your private sleepingroom would have a desk/ table, tv, some wardrobe or similar thing to place your clothes, sofa table, sleepingsofa mattres og better quality. Just 5 minuttes away: budget food shops, also pizzeria and grill, hair dresser, bus towards the Copenhagen city center or Lyngby, and the train station is around 10 minuttes away. This place welcomes only a lodger who doesn´t have a need of alcohol or cigarettes inside of sleepingroom, one might smoke by the kitchen window or outside. Female lodgers are preffered. There will not be welcomed to make noise after 22h, or to take a shower between 22h-05h in order to not make some noise for neighbors, walls are very sounded in the most of Copenhagen. In order to secure lodgers responsible behaviour in the flat, a lodger will must secure the stay with a deposit also. Ammount of deposit depends on how long lodger is staying, in order to find out about that, you have to explain about your stay to the landlady by private message. This offer could be available in different other periods during year 2015, even long time after posting this, but long term lodging or tenancy is not available because of return of our other family members.
