Sadly yes we usually see a spike after a public holiday weekend which we had last weekend for kataklysmos

Testing is well down from the usual levels but on the upside vaccination Is improving slightly however there is still a large percentage who no matter what will not take it

Hugely disappointing and it seems the majority of infections are coming from ages 18-40 .... plus of course the delta variant seems to be dominant

I also heard this week that unless Cyprus become more efficient in creating and sharing their data ... We will not go green for uk

Upsetting supposed to be coming in August house hunting fingers crossed infection rate starts to drop if only for tourism things are collapsing business ect makes your heart bleed for people

Looks like we are still detecting cases coming in through the airports at Larnaca and Paphos, not many admittedly but they MUST be either Local nationals or residents who can still opt to be tested here on arrival but theyve sat on a plane not knowing they have covid.?????? SURELY THAT OPTION SHOULD BE REMOVED.
