Welcome to the forum..ask away....we have lived in Peyia for over 12 years now and we like it a lot. It doesn't suit everybody but for us it works

As already stated as long as you can meet the residency criteria and healthcare/repatriation requirements it's not  overly complicated.

My advice get a good immigration specialist and let theme do the hard work ..it takes all the stress frustration and anxiety out of the whole thing

Peter Morton is good for relocation of possessions they have done it for years. I used them 4 years ago to relocate and they were good

Used them again to put my house into storage while we move to new property. Ask as many questions as you like there Is a wealth of knowledge here but bear in mind things change all the time it's the Cypriot way.

thanks for your input, I’ve got loads going on in my head with regards to relocating  and what I need to do and who to speak with, if I do have anything that is bugging me I will post it and hopefully get an answer,.

Just ask am sure you will get answers... But try not to stress it. It's daunting but with guidance and insightful knowledge you can minimise these issues.

We ve all been through it . Made our mistakes and learned from it...the trick is to get as much knowledge as you can. To avoid making the really innocent and big painful mistakes.

Rent first, it's not a waste of money if you are intending to buy....it gives you time to check out areas  and properties and to get a feel for the market. Be extra careful of buying an apartment or a unit on a development there are things you need to know and questions you must ask before committing. Get a good conveyancing lawyer and never ever use the same lawyer as the seller..
