what countries are having less strections for non eu partner

I am Egyptian and my fiance is English and we plan to live somewhere in Europe
The thing is we don't know which country is
The easiest and best for us to move to it
I am Arabic teacher for non Arab and my fiance is doing a photography course in college

You mention a minimum of information so that we know ONLY what you WANT.
That is, you want to settle ANYWHERE in Europe.
You provide NO information about your qualifications or experience (except that you teach Arabian to non Arabs).
Maybe I'm wrong but:
I assume that you have NO qualifications as a teacher. ??
I assume that you have NO experience in your profession. ??
You do NOT mention what European languages you and your fiancé speak (other than English of course) ???
I assume that you have NO wealth.
I'm assuming that you are OLDER and more experienced in life than your English fiancé. (Age difference?) ???

You might think that I am being very suspicious of you.

But I'm only trying to think like any immigration officer would be thinking.
If your ONLY qualification is that you have managed to climb into a naïve young English woman's underwear then the immigration will NOT take a good view of you.
Most European nations would most probably try to push the problem back to the UK.

PS I assume that "strections" are restrictions?
...

What do you have to offer anything else then an Arabic teacher for foreigners? Do you think there is much work in this field in Europe?

Europe is a huge continent with different countries and different cultures and traditions. Do you have any idea which country you like? Have you enough knowledge about any country?

I think you need to do your homework again...

not to mention that the English fiancée may have serious problems finding work in the many non-English speaking countries on the Continent if she doesn't have a second (or third, or fourth) language. She may have the right of free movement but she will still be up against competition from all the other equally mobile citizens of the rest of the EEA once she's done with her photography course.

Answers for most of the questions we only 8 years different and I work in teaching Arabic for non Arab about 6 years now
I also know Italian and FR
My fiance know FR and some Greek and sweden
And I did my BA in Arabic language and its Arts in Alexandria university Egypt
and Europe study Arabic alot for a lot of reasons sorry to surprise you with this
And sorry if my wealth doesn't meet the financial requirements of the uk because of the currency rate which is not my mistake
and yes the word I meant restrictions
and sorry but for me I have no problem to stay in Egypt or going to another place
Just something you can read then to think about it so you can tell your advice thanks for your time
