Fees in Private Clinic of Nicaragua ?

I had aortic bypass surgery here in Managua, a guest at our hotel had a similar one at UCLA Med Center and cost her and the insurance company $192,000.  Mine cost under $10,000, best MRI's, CAT scans and especially doctors.  They made nearly $500 hr. for surgery, not bad here, not chicken feed, but not the zillions it costs in the US.
My wife had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor on her colon, also cost total, including tests and biopsies also under $10,000. European trained Dr.'s, they know what they are doing, just don't need the 7 figure paydays and bankrupt clients.
