I need a Chinese tutor!

Hi everyone,
I am learning Chinese (Mandarin), I have a Chinese friend to practice with via Skype already, but sadly, my Chinese is not good enough to understand all what he speaks and he seems not understand all what I speak in Vietnamese. That means,  I have a good Chinese teacher/friend to help me practice pronounciation already, the thing is I want is someone help me understand all what that mean in Chinese.
One more thing, I am Vietnamese, but when I was learning English, I studied Chinese new words in English (I know by heart about 3,000 new words already), so, I need a tutor who speaks English.
Anyone?
We can negotiate about salary (3-4 days a week, 2-3 hours a day) but I would like to pay plus for that!
I live in Sài Gòn,  very in central D3
When we study, drinks and foods are on me.
