Does anybody know if the Sky Garden 3 apartments in Phu My Hung, District 7, are nice or not?

Yes Steven they are nice, all apartments in district 7 are really nice, new apartments most have swimming pools gym etc but its far away from the nightlife seen so u need to take that into consideration , depending on what your looking for where your working etc, district 7 is a good place to live, roughly 25mins drive to district 1.

when do you arrive in Vietnam expatriate2? most of the pros and cons should have been discussed on this page already but if your looking for a specific type of info ask it.

I'm 100% Vietnamese, from Hanoi. I've been here since last week and will stay here for about 1 year. Just because it's too different between the North and the South, I feel so upset here as I yet have any friend or known people around. Tks and hope to see you someday.
