Does anyone know where I can find/buy an epilator in HCMC? went to Coopmart and other shops that sell hair clippers and girls' beauty stuff but Neither sold an epilator.

Try Lotte in D7. Not sure it's there, but they have a lot of western stuff.

Lazada VN definitely carries them (I saw more than a dozen different brands and styles), if you don't mind ordering online. You can pay COD with debit card.

I found there Oral-B tooth brush and they sell also BRAUN, PANASONIC, PHILIPS shavers.

You must ask someone because the shop is in a privat apartment in the first floor.
In the shop in D1, I have seen only a glas showcase with tooth brushs and shavers.
Not sure about epilator.
