Find new friends in Ho Chi Minh

I'm Dennis. I came from Busan and I've worked here for about 3 month.
So I don't know much about Vietnam.
Is there any place to meet foreign friends who can speak English or Japanese in Ho Chi Minh??
If you know that place or community, please advise it.

Yep. Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien Street is the great place to meet up with expats. It's also a big party nightlife area with plenty of coffee shops, bars, pubs, international restaurants... so go there, try some foods, then get a coffee and meet new friends.The best time to do these is late afternoon.

But it's also complicated, be careful.

They have language classes every week where you can learn new language and connect to people. And you have to pay for your drinks only
