You can learn Vietnamese  with local players in Tan Binh. They are very friendly and you will have no trouble at all. Trust me.

they play 4 on 4 most of the time. only 2 half courts, since it is free don't expect too much 5000 vnd for parking. I play here every weekend from 3 to 6PM. most of the players are local.
