Music Professional (drums) seeking info about living/gigging in HCMC

Greetings!!
I am a mature, highly experienced and skilled professional drummer currently living in Las Vegas. I specialize in playing Jazz/Blues/R'nB/Soul, as well as playing many other styles at a high level. I am seriously considering relocating to Vietnam or other Asian country in the foreseeable future. However, I must confess to complete ignorance about the music market/scene in Vietnam. I would like to reach out to any expat musician who would be kind enough to provide me with information, insight, wisdom and perspective about working fulltime as a musician in HCMC or other cities in Vietnam. I would also like to know generally about living in Vietnam - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. I am also curious about teaching drums - is there a market for a competent drum teacher?
