Looking to build a new house

Be prepared to become very,very frustrated. The guy opposite me is Burmese and he built a house and  told the builder what he wanted done, the builder did it his way and said "this is Viet Nam,its different"

At the moment, i recommend for building in D2 or D7.

Hello.  I am involved in designing smart technology homes here in the USA. I am moving to Vietnam in June.  I have designed some interesting plans for friends in Vietnam before but they have not yet built homes.  If you are interested,  I would love to help design a home for you ... no charge ... just as a fun project.  I really hope to see one of my designs become reality in Vietnam ... Sorry for the delay as I travel a ton. Thanks for your offer, it is extremly kind of you. My wife is from Vietnam and I from the US (White Monkey). We are just at the beginning stage and are attempting to find out information. I am not a huge fan of the nam style. I will keep you posted as we move along. good luck in moving to Nam. It is different and not for everyone. I lived in Shanghai and now in Singapore. If there is anything I can do for you let me know. I have my own bag of examples of situations and do/don't in nam.
