1 house mate wanted for BEAUTIFUL & HUGE house $300/month

Hi,

We are 3 Good friends from home, two 22 year old's - soon to be 23, and one 24 year old. Calum, Chris, and Matt. We have just found probably the nicest house you will ever find in the city. We are looking for one extra who is seeking to rent with us.
The house is awesome, my friend who has lived here over a year said it is the nicest he has ever seen whilst here - 4 large bedrooms (all en suite - one with a bath tub) 4 floors, large 3 balconies, 2 living rooms, gym area, huge rooftop terrace, garage which even fits an SUV, ultra modern - I saw it today and was blown away. I promise you will not be disappointed and we would be the envy of everyone else. It is in d7 so slightly far from d1, but the house MORE than makes up for that.

About Us:

3 mellowed out guys, grew up in the same town, love our sports, love to play music and really like to go out. 1 has been here teaching English for over a year and 2 have come to join him to do the same. We are tidy but likely want to chip in for a cleaner to keep this place looking crisp anyway.

About You:

I think preferably we would like a female to balance the house out a bit. But we would consider guys. You would have to be a relaxed individual who likes drinking and likes to be social and just generally has a smile on their face. Around our age would be good. You would have to want to move in ASAP as we currently have rent coming up/growing hotel bills etc.

The price of this place is $1200/month so $300 each (is easily a $2000 a month place). We would rent this place ourselves in the full knowledge that someone would definitely want to move in as it's beautiful. The problem, however, is that we need 2 months deposit up front and we don't have that and can only ask our parents for so much.
