And this from the mouth of a citizen of the greatest world power.  :o
Very dangerous!

And I thought after the last election comes insight.
But now I know that it can get even worse.

PS:
Maybe Yogi will adopt you.
Then you can change your nickname to Boo-Boo.

Yogi007

Ha ha .....good one Andy, but Boo Boo & Yogi are frightened of gun toting Texans & game hunters.

Yogi for President.....🤓?.....

Nah....that would mean Boo Boo would want the Chief Of Staff role.😳

Besides , the job description doesn’t fit.
Yogi doesn’t know how to use Twitter
Yogi doesn’t live on McDonald’s food.
And.......Yogi doesn’t like being piddled on by Russian hookers...

If that’s true I’ll bet Putin must be laughing .

Fancy paying someone ......CNN do it for nothing.

Did you mean to say it's ONLY available...?

Yep.  Same amount of letters, different meaning.   ;)

If anyones really wants to try iphone apps and don't have iphone. There are various emulator programs. Mostly for Windows and Android.

But be careful. Because these programs are not available through the proper play store, they may contain virus's/trojans.

If you are going to install best to do it on a computer/phone that you don't mind trashing.

BMT is cheapest ive seen so far.

Qn prices getting silly/ rapacious.

I'm kinda curious as to lai chau as u woud imagine china border gates have lower transport  charges, fuel etc

however highlands, BMT specifically seem cheapest, although , obviously, can be pricier as everything has to be trucked up a few thousand metres from coast.

any1 else's thoughts welcome

*I think*, if you are willing to explore areas away from expat/foreigner comfort zones, you will be rewarded with lower cost-of-living expenses AND a much more authentic Vietnamese cultural experience.

yep, moving further away from centre of city (and expat enclaves. e.g. D7 in Saigon), does bring about authentic experience of vietnam, and it's a lot cheaper. However, it does mean you may have to compromise a bit. I mean, it's quite difficult to find apartments to western standards. e.g. hot water on bathroom sink tap and kitchen tap, as you venture further out.

Also, you may have to put up with motorbikes parked in the recpetion area etc.

Anyway, from personal experience, Da nang was one of the easier places to find apartments (on monthly basis). other places have been lot more difficult. e.g. Hue, and especially Can Tho.
