Accomodation in Chaing Mai

Hey there,

I just arrived in Thailand a couple of months ago and I am planning to move to Chiang Mai since it's cooler there than here in Bangkok. Does anybody know a decent place to live in? budget not more than 4000 baht per month inclusive of water and electricity..please let me know..
