Is there anyone can help? Thanks

If it rhymes like "Thee Ruk" then it means Dear and/or truelove,

Telac is Isaan language for terak, both same meaning as said above. The "e" pronounced as "i" in miss, not as "e" in mess. A Thai girl understands both with r and l.

It means "honey"  or "darling" for addressing your lover.

@Crazy Buffalo

I speak read and write Thai proficiently. I think you are trying to say ที่รัก (tee rahk)  which means “sweetheart” or “sweetie.”

I hope my guess is on target!
