@KIMBUGWE DAVIS You are from UAE, according to your profile. Why are you asking about entry requirements for Ugandans?

In any case, Ugandans (and citizens of most other countries) can enter Singapore visa-free for short visit (e.g. tourism). Usually 15 - 30 days are given on arrival and you can apply for extensions up to 89 days if you have valid reasons to stay that long.
