Attestation of documents

Hello Everyone,

I am from Pakistan (karachi city). I have done with my ACCA and bachelors and hopefully I will be receiving job offer from qatar in next couple of days IN SHA ALLAH but tensed a lot due to the situation (as mentioned below in point no. 2). I will appreciate if i can get some info regarding:

1. Attestation of documents. Whats actually the process is?
2. I havent paid my ACCA subscription fees (due to financial issues) since couple of years and now i have been removed from the affiliate register by ACCA so was just wondering if one have to attest ACCA certification as well for qatar visa from ACCA office if this is the case then i believe the process might further linger on the attestation process in fact this will cancel my job process as well (god forbid) as i can not pay 3 to 4 lakh to ACCA right now and ACCA will not attest the certification without being re-registered? Or just attestation of the bachelors degree will suffice?

Bachelors is enough but it should be from a regular programe....getting ACCA attesed os quite a long and painful procedure even if your dues are clear.
