Hi i want to know can i take a exit visa coz mY employer already applied but not yet came
my DP 10 Visa not yet came till now its already 2 months n more .... how can i get a exit visa can any 1 help me out with this ....Exit from malaysia

From August 2016 new rule that person must be outside Malaysia during Stage I process. When you go to immigration take all information about the agent or company that promised you a job.

YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID PASS OR PERMIT TO STAY IN MALAYSIA

Necessary Steps to take:
i. Surrender immediately to the Enforcement Division, Immigration Department of Malaysia;
ii. Do not use the service of middlemen or agents;
iii. Give full cooperation during the investigation and recording of statements by an Immigration Officer.
