AMAZON FIRESTICK

I visit my son & family in Laos where he lives & teaches music. I'm wondering if anyone has experience of the AMAZON FIRESTICK & particularly KODI which I downloaded & use in England. Does it work in LAOS or is there anything similar. On kodi all films cartoons sport etc is streamed free through the kodi link downloaded to FIRESTICK😁😁😁

I order a new fire stick, but when i try to use this device it can't work

I reboot the fire stick but i can't works.
