Jamaican teacher needs primary school teaching job

I am a Jamaican teacher with 9 years teaching experience. Can anyone tell where
and how I should go about applying for a teaching job in Kazakhstan?

Going to do that ASAP but I realise most of the jobs require that their employee is of a specific nationality.
