moving to new delhi !!!

Hi there, im Gavin and ive recently joined.

I am moving to New Delhi in a couple of months, am i better looking for accomodation once i arrive as people say it is cheaper to find once i am there, or finding it on the internet before i go ???

any help would be most helpfull...

If u living in as a paying guest then 7000 to 15000 rs per month.or you live in a hotel then start 400 to 5000 rs for one day
food is cheaper

If you want to check the Internet, then try the websites magicbricks.com and sulekha.com. They are the ones I turn to whenever I am looking for rental property or, in the case of the latter, for anything.

Hi Gavin
Are you coming over to India for study or work? In any case I suggest you stay temporarily at a hotel and ask your fellow students/colleagues to help you out. Websites usually dont cover all the properties available. Refrain from using agents.. But is they are the last resort, go to a good real estate agency who has a well established office..
