Newlywed from USA living in Delhi looking for female friends

I just did a search online and found this site and still haven't gone through it that much to understand how to get in contact and meet new people. I was wondering if there is an american group? I know in the Cleveland there are different ethnic clubs you can join and they have locations and facilities. Or even when I lived in Italy we had a facebook page and meetup group that was easy to follow along with. This site seems more like search. So really, I guess I'm asking are there weekly or monthly get togethers? If not, would anyone care to join such a thing?
I lived in India for 7 months last year and I know I need American friends to be able to live here. I fucking hate this place but I love my husband and right now he has his work here.
I need help staying positive by being around people I enjoy. Unfortunately, my husband has mostly male and single male friends so I have very little female interaction except from the mother-in-law and all his aunts and grandma WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO. UGHHHHHHHHH
So please, if you are intersted in hanging out. I might be younger than most the people living here but most my friends are older anyways so I love hanging out. Oh and if you are younger than me that is fine too. I'm signing up with a personal trainer next week in case anyone is interested in taking some lessons.
Really, just anyways to sit and hangout with on a regular basis would be great. Please message me.

While selecting would be friends be careful and check their back ground throughly. This is not to frightened you but to make you cautious. Avoid late nights and remote areas as Delhi is the crime capital of India and even Indians are it's victims.
