Hey there not sure if you would be interested, but you can try the Beijing improv show as well. it's very good and funny. They have monthly show, i think on first Saturday of every month.

If you wanna visit Buddhist temple, Lama Temple and Fayuan Temple r recommended , if Taoist temple, White Cloud temple （白云观) is very famous.

Yes, I meant the Chaoyang Park Fair.

or even make it a long day on 12 Feb .. start with the Chaoyang Park Fair in the early afternoon and then in the evening head over to the Hilton Beijing's Annual Easter Pancake Race

The Pancake thing starts at 7:00pm and is free, with special deal on drinks and things.

Anyone interested post here a reply. Just say ..."I'm in" ... and then lets meet 14:00 by the Chaoyang Park Main Gate (South Gate).

So that we know to wait for you I suggest that everyone tests me there mobile number.

I pass through Beijing quite often and would also like to meet some new people. I'm usually here for just a day so probably some sightseeing and lunch/dinner is all I have time for.

I'll be catching a connecting flight in Beijing on 4/14, and will be back on 4/22 and will spend a day in Beijing.
