Buying Second Hand Car in Brunei

Dear Friends,

For my next work assignment I will be moving to Brunei (KB) from singapore next month, would request if any one can guide me on getting a second hand car and is that be possible to sell the same later when i am finishing the assignment (which is about 6-7months) ...
Also i will be interested in meeting up group members for dining etc... so if there is any activities arranged pls share the same with me too...
