Cheap fuel 53 cents and 31cents per litre for petrol and diesel(cheapest in the region,with exception of foreign registered vehicles in Brunei paying more)

Friendly police

Friendly people

Cheap local food

Low to zero tax depending on your circumstance

I would say...
1. Cheap price in petrol and diesel
2. Cheap food especially in pasar Gadong
3. Cheap car as taxation is zero.
4. Rental cost is much lower compared to Singapore while earning as same as Singapore.
5. Relaxing life in Brunei.

1. Relaxing lifestyle
2. Can save lots of money (limited entertainment)
3. Cheap petrol + cars + road tax
4. Good rehab for alcoholics (prohibited from selling)
5. Good rehab for smokers (limited sellers)
