Hi, I'm Doug, I'll be moving to Baku in July with my wife for a 10month (maybe more) assignment. Ideally we would like to find a 2/3 bedroom apartment so would appreciate any good advice on that as the lease will have to be negotiated. We both enjoy running (road and trail), cycling and look forward to our move later this year.

Thanks Julien. I am a newcomer to this forum . Are you based in Azerbaijan yourself? We are considering relocating from New Zealand and would appreciate any advice on salaries in Baku. I ll be working as a senior IT specalialist/Manager at SOCAR. I earn 10,000 here in New Zealand and have heaps of experience . Do you think I can negotiate something similar in Baku? Any insight would be great appreciated.
