Hi, has anyone entered Rwanda via online visa application? If yes, on entry whether at airport or border, were you issued with "both Visa and Visit Pass" or "only Visit Pass"?

I would like to have the Visa in my passport and if online means not having it, I will have to look into other options. There is no Rwanda Embassy in Malaysia.

Why Liberians can't get visa to Rwanda?
My wife is Liberian and I am Finnish, we have plans to move there.

Thank you. I take tourist visa when come there in December, but I am interested to get residence permit later, because I want to move to Kigali and rent a house and later start business. I have plans to move there permanently.
I don't know what I need to get residence visa.
I sent questions on https://irembo.gov.rw sites, but didn't get answer yet.
