A trip Planned for Mozambique early next year

Greetings expat community! My name is Conway and planning on visiting Mozambique for 3rd time early next year, God Willing. Previous times received my Visa at Maputo Airport on Arrival; I heard this can no longer can be done and must be obtained before arrival, is this accurate?

Planning on Marrying a longtime friend of the family and want to make sure all documents are needed.
Does anyone have any insight to these issues?
