A new Move & a little bit about me

my name is james, im hoping to secure a position in Africa in a restaurant, my specialty is french food, i have posted a listing in Ghana for such a position....I love leading, it is so much more fun.....i can lead a sit down fine dinning restaurant or something small or even like a grab n go....with food there are so many posibilities....a little about me....im 44yrs old, never married and no kids.....i have worked in restaurants for something like 20yrs, so i know what it takes.......thanks for reading .......&......i hope that i am accepted...
