Accommodation in Tamale

Hi all,

I will be working in Tamale in Northern Region for six months from September, and thought I would see here if anyone has any tips for organising accommodation there, or if anyone knows of any available places.

I haven't got any contacts for Tamale but maybe you could stay at one of the guest houses initially and find something when you are there

Thanks for the reply, hkann. Yes, I may have to wait until I arrive in Tamale, but it would be great to make contact with some people there beforehand if possible! :)

There are various websites to help you find accommodation. Check the real estate section of accraexpat.com or ghanafind.com where you will find listings for properties outside Accra

I just want to mention here that I'm still looking for housing (preferably sharing) in Tamale, and it would be great to hear from anyone who knows of any possible options.
