Salt business in Ghana

Hi All,

I am a partner in one of the salt refineries in India and have been very keen to explore the possibility of exporting salt / starting up a refinery in Ghana, and look at the African market as a whole.

I would definitely like to know more about the Ghana market, culture, business environment and all about salt - like current retail price for 1kg salt, competitors, availability of different types of salt, etc.

I appreciate your help.
