There are various groups where people advertise things when they are leaving. You could try Ghana International Expats on FB and there are groups on Whattsap. If you are in Spintex you can look at the various places on the roadside. The cane furniture is usually reasonably priced. China Mall and Melcom upstairs also has reasonably priced furniture.
