I usually stick with ebay, if that's possible (there's an array of international shippers on there... especially if you're desperate, and you're willing to pay the sometimes-steep shipping price. If it's clothing, I opt for UK companies such as ASOS. If it's books, I use betterworldbooks.com. It's hard to find sellers on Amazon that ship to Ethiopia, and if they do, it's insanely expensive!
