I am new here. I am want to move to Ethiopia next month.
I want to cultivate land on lease base. Please let me know any of you know how I can lease land in Ethipia and terms and conditions for it.

to invest in agricultural and industrial fields i think the oromia region in better to invest because all of oromia regions are near to addisababa to the capital city of ethiopia the process is easy please visit http://www.oromiainvest.gov.et

You will be required to prepare a sound business plan/ feasibility study, show proof of at least 30% of the total investment capital to be invested, apply to Investment agency and Ministry of Agriculture for land lease. Land lease from government for agricultural purposes ranges fro 25 - 40 yrs.
