can a foreigner buy property in Eritrea?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Eritrea?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

It is not allowed to buy properties.Only Eritreans can have property but that also for lease.There is no lifelong property.It can be for 30 years or 50 years
