Only one question of mine remain unanswered.

That is regarding language . Nowadays in Port Noire do people converse in English as well , beside French ? As far as business communication is concerned is English a well accepted language ?

Language is not a problem, when I was going to pointe noire I was found the peoples who speak English, I am Rwanda I am speaking English and French.

So don't worry same peoples knows and speak English. In business communication is necessary but don't worry for conversations in language.
