International Jobs in Luanda, Angola

Hi all

my name is Chris, currently based in Cameroon, and I am looking for a job in the international sector in Luanda.
My main expertise lies in Admin/HR/Operations within UN system, I speak English, French, Spanish, German and am starting to learn Portuguese now. Am regularly checking the common websites but there are hardly any jobs posted.

Does anyone have an idea or advice?
