Helping professionals with late-recognized ADHD solve the puzzle of their minds and become the person they long to be.
ADHD Coaching
Usual coaching methods are not effective when you have ADHD. That's where ADHD coaching fills the gap with shared understanding of the usual traps of our uniquely wired brains, such as perfectionism, time-blindness, black & white thinking, difficulty starting uninteresting tasks, and understanding ADHD strengths.
As with any coaching, ADHD coaching believes that the client has all the answers, and the coach helps to uncover them by being a "thought partner" who asks questions and creates space for deeper reflection.
If you'd like to change something in your life and are willing to put some effort into it, it may be an interesting way for you to start moving in the desired direction.
How does it work?
First, we meet for a free, informal discovery call over Zoom, where we can talk about your motivation and whether ADHD coaching is the right thing for you at this moment.
Then, if we both are sure we'd like to work together, we'll set up a rhythm of online meetings and sign a coaching contract. It's helpful to start with weekly meetings to build momentum for the change.
My coaching session is usually up to 45 minutes long and focuses on one topic that you brought, and that can move you towards your broader goal. We look at the riddle together, search for different ways to look at it, and try to find areas you could experiment with until the next sessions.
My job is then to get myself out of the job. I'm there to help you find strategies that work for you and help you create a sustainable way to deal with similar challenges so that you don't need my support anymore.
