I offer psychologically grounded online coaching and counselling for expats, internationals and creative professionals in Germany navigating change, pressure, identity questions or a sense of feeling stuck. Having grown up between Germany, Spain and the US, and spent over a decade working as a photographer, I bring a personal understanding of relocation, creative pressure and life between cultures. I am licensed as a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie in Germany and currently training at the British Psychotherapy Foundation in London.
My approach draws on psychodynamic thinking: the idea that what plays out in the present often has roots worth understanding. Rather than techniques or frameworks, we work with what's actually happening in your life, your relationships, your work, and try to make sense of it. That clarity tends to be what makes real change possible.
I work bilingually in English and German. Language shapes how we think about ourselves, and for people living between cultures, being able to work in the right language or move between both makes the work feel more honest.
My own background informs how I show up. Growing up across three countries and spending over a decade as a professional photographer before training as a therapist means I have some personal familiarity with relocation, creative pressure, and the identity questions that tend to come with both.
