Welcome Mark. Just take your empty container and or prescription to a big pharmacy and ask for it! Often it's this simple!

Where do you go get your blood levels checked to determine if you need to give blood?

Referencia Labs in many cities are great. If you have something like a doctor's order to give them it helps but is usually not essential. I have to watch a couple of results and have them draw regularly.
